Events & Community

We host a range of meetups, panels, and networking events designed to foster collaboration across the Cambridge ecosystem — combining the best of academia, industry, and entrepreneurship to create a strong foundation for idea exchange and partnership building.

Next event: 5th December 2025: Open Coffee Cambridge  at The Glasshouse, 100 Hills Rd, Cambridge CB2 1LQ

Recent Highlights Include:

  • Open Coffee Cambridge (in partnership with Innovate Cambridge)
    Launched in October 2025 at the Glasshouse, Open Coffee Cambridge is a new meetup designed to spark connection, collaboration, and candid conversations across the Cambridge innovation community.
    The inaugural event featured Dr Kathryn Chapman (Executive Director, Innovate Cambridge) and Vanessa Colomar (Investor & Advisor, Invoke Capital) in a fireside chat exploring networks, bold thinking, and thriving innovation ecosystems.

  • West Hub Research & Innovation panel discussion
    A multidisciplinary panel discussion showcasing entrepreneurship and translational research in healthcare, featuring experts from the University of Cambridge, Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), and industry.

  • The Peter Cowley Entrepreneurship Event
    Showcase of entrepreneurial leadership and mentorship within the Cambridge community and pitching opportunities.
